I need opinions.it kind of long. but PLEASE there is this guy?

hes in my spanish Cl and he is pretty cute. a have never talked to him i just know his name. today my shoelaces were untied and he told me and then hes all "do u want me to tie them." i said yes of course. so he got on one knee and he put my foot on his leg and tied it. i know it doesn't mean anything but he doesn't know me y would he offer to tie my shoe was he just being nice?.i want to talk with him more he seems sweet. what do i do? how do i know if he is interested?
