I think I'm depressed but I'm not sure about it.?
If you think you are depressed, you are. Suicidal thoughts or actions are no laughing matter. You need to see a psychiatrist, perhaps get therapy out-patient or in-patient, and get medicines to help stabilize and "level" your moods. There are miracle medicines out there to help you feel better about yourself. You will be surprised how much better you feel. These medicines have few side effects and you also have homework to do. You must get some leisure or hobbies to enrich your life and get your mind in a "different " frame. You have work to do which requires effort even if you feel depressed and feel like you don't have the energy. In simple words, you have to change the way you think-a different mental template , a different paradigm. As each small decision leads to a small success, you will feel more confident, more energetic. This in brief is the outline. You don't withhold anything from the psychiatrist--they're trying to heal you. You may be bipolar or manic- depressive, he can tell you, but there are several types of depression some easier to cure than others. In the meantime print this advise and take multiple vitamins especially the B-complex. This is the stress vitamin. God bless!
