Atheists and Theists, how would you explain the following?

what do you think explains the phenomena of someone "foretelling" future events with 100% accuracy? How about someone previously unknown revealing exact events/details of someone else's life that are unknown to anyone except that individual? Not some vague, generic descriptions, but intimate details with precise accuracy?
