Who should I contact?

Good Luck! I would contact US department of edu...see where it goes from there. I was in a similar situation. Started with the chain of command, contacted the dean and he refused to meet with me, sent me on a wild goose chase with phone calls, until I ultimately contacted a lawyer....heard nothing. The university cancelled my cles for the semester with a lame excuse....
