Have you ever had hallucinations when you were sick?

I'm not on any type of drugs, but I'm sick with some sort of virus. I have the traditional stuff (stuffy/runny nose, soar throat, tired, & slightly achey) My head is also throbbing & I've had two semi-hallucinations in the past two days. The first time, I was staring at my paper & saw a different number (it was 83, & i was seeing 93 for a while) then this morning I swore my trashcan was full of Q Tips but when I looked again it was empty. What is up with this?!?
