Aquafresh : Too Abrasive on Teeth?

Hey... I am looking for someone "qualified" to answer this... like an actual dentist or a hygenist or something/someone like that. I just bough the Aquafresh Toothpase that is Aquafresh Two Times the Whitening.... I am wondering if it contains any acids that would weaken my tooth enamel... OR.... does it have too many little sand crunchie things that would scratch and wear down my teeth.... if you KNOW something about this product... please let me know..... i have previously been known to use Crest Pro Health Plus Whitening...., but swtiched to experiment.... is this a better option than the aquafresh? Thank you a lot.....
