Zombie Apocolypse?!?!?! Am I going crazy?

Okay, a few years ago, my older sister rented the movie "Shaun of the Dead". I was a really good movie, and made me get into the zombie genre. Now, its my favorite kind of movie; I've watched them all. Plus, watching George A. Romero's movies inspired me to want to be a movie director, which is the greatest thing in my life. But, it's also my biggest fear. Everywhere I go, I think an infection is going to spread. I rarely go anywhere anymore, I've become Misophobic (afraid of being contaminated by germs), and slightly Xenophobic (afraid of foriegners) What should I do? I don't want to be known as the girl afraid of a zombie apocolypse. Help!!!
