Workmans comp issue?

Call an attorney first thing in the morning. Tell the secretary the dilemma and the urgency needed in a return call. Then wait at the doctor's office until the doors open so that you are there first thing. Let your doctor know how much pain you are still in. I experienced a back injury and then workman's comp for over 2 yrs. It is along battle. I eventually had to go without pay and file with the workman's comp board. They then ordered a second opinion, not the work comp MD. The second doctor found two injured discs and eventually surgery which relieved some problems. Hopefully you won't need to go to those lengths. The biggest issue is getting an attorney to represent you, otherwise work comp will walk all over you.
