Why Indian(Asian-one, India ) womens looks Caucasian but mtdna is Asian?

It has to do with the fact, white Iranic peoples came into the Indian sub continent about 3,500 years ago & so intermingled with the local population,especially with the males attracting females, that's why some Indian people happen to have fairly light skin right up to this day.
