Why did he throw a quarter at me?

So I'm a senior in high school, and today I was walking to cl when this guy flicked a quarter at my chest! I was wearing a turtleneck sweater so it's not like I was dressing trashy. Why did he do that?! Does it mean something that I don't know about? And that happened at the beginning of the year too. How rude :(
