What do I do after a meltdown?
About 4 years ago I started getting really depressed, got in a lot of bad relationships, and had severe PTSD from an abusive childhood. The whole four years were sorta one big long mental breakdown, with a very loose grasp on reality (not in a schizophrenic kinda way, more Dharma and Greg but without everything working out in the last minute and a half of the show). I've been doing a lot better the past six months, but in order to get grounded I had to really isolate myself. I don't have any friends, haven't worked in almost 2 years, don't go out much. Does anyone have any tips for how to get back into the world without loosing it again or constantly getting rejected for being gone so long (like with a job)?
