Told guy friend i like him..HELPP!!?

so i just told my guy friend that i like him and said that i know he has a girlfriend and stuff.he said he broke up with her the other day and im like oh u did?and he said yea.so then i said its kool if u dont like me that way i won't freak out.then he said mmkay.so i asked if he did or not like me that way and he never replied.i mean if he did he would have said something and if he didnt he would have said something also right?please help me idk wut to do or wut this means?
