I have an english boyfriend who has lived and worked in jeddah ksa for 15 years, we are getting married ?

next year, i will be able to go to jeddah but i dont know what to expect..i am not looking forward to living on a compound, or not being able to do normal things, he says life is great there, he earns very very god money but hes a man! am i making stress for myself when i shouldnt! What does ksa require of me or is it all quite straight forward
