I could really go for a protein snack. I have lots of eggs at home and would really like to make an interesting dish featuring them. I have the basics (flour, er, sugar, both brown, white and maple), cheese, milk, bit of chocolate, some veggies, but limited (just carrots, bell peppers and onions), lots of spices. I know this sounds like I could make an omelette, but I would really like to avoid that option, as well as making anything with toast. Got any ideas?
