How do yu disable parenal controls on the 360?

Okay so I saved up over $200 to get my own 360... When I started to sevup m xbox I wasn't thinking nd put my actual age so my mom had to put a parental control on m xbox. I asked her for her pword nd started fixing everything so I dent have to worry bout askin he for everythin but then I wanted to download AvP demo but it says "ths account is not avalible to download This content because of it's rating" so I finally got tired of it nd asked my mom alow me to do everythin... She did nd is still sayin it, I went to family settings nd we weren't able to acess turn of family settings! How do yu turn it off? Nd please dnt say oh yu dn need to b playin that stuff anyone cuz 1. Yur not answering my question yur just bein anoyin nd wastin my time!
