Got fired the day i came back from workers comp?

Okay..... i sprang me ankle at work.. very bad. and had to lay out of work for about 2 months. well i finally got to go back and to my amazement i had been demoted. but my job that i had b-4 was still available. Well i just let it go and kept on working. then they gave me another job to do a few days later they took me off of that job and put me back in the yard... doing nothing. then my foot starting bothering me really bad so i just wanted to get it checked out. well the doctor said lite duty. no squatting for long time or climbing up a latter. which we don't have latter's. well they laid me off again. i was out for another month b/c my foot was still messed up. well i got sent back to work and the day i went back i got fired. they say no work... cutting back. but they haired 2 new ppl the day the fired me. and im not considerable for rehire.?? my question is... is their anything i can do about them losers screwing me around?
