Good dollhouse for a little boy?

I am looking to get my now 1 yr old son a dollhouse for his next birthday. He likes playing with a friend's and I think it is an excellent way to teach him about life. I don't want one that is fancy or anything. Just a simple house. Preferably it also must be able to stand up to the force of a toddler lol. Any suggestions for a suitable dollhouse??
