The nba will have to change something or other if this trend of players going to Europe continues. Furthermore, players will be able to use the threat of going to Europe to bolster their contracts as per Sasha Vujacic signing for 5 million dollars. The problem is that Europe teams are abundant and have no salary cap so there are several teams that can vie for players in the offseason.
